Jan created these sites and we work them on a part time basis. She is a single Mom of a huge list of people.
Bill Clarke, Rob Robertson, and several other orphans who need advice legal or otherwise.

The City Manager of Lamar Colorado, Several Bankers, and most of the town council
love her and hate her depending on which way the wind blows.
Most of the cops know her because she is the best detective in Prowers County.
Cattlemen eyeball her to see if she is eating beef.
Car dealers know she is always good for a new or used car.
She is also the mother of an elderly Aunt.
And of course her own Parents and a Sister who rarely acknowledge her skills even though they all love her dearly and call on her when the chips are down.
When she says ‘Hey, Cuz” at Walmart then seven people say Hi.
If you bring her a pie to dinner, you will never see it again. It gets lost until after you leave. I blame her son, Kenton, ”Corky” who at age 13 is writing a Best Seller. (Just Watch Him).
If you need something fixed while you wait for your pie, then you might ask her future Eagle Scout, ”Neptune” so named because he is a Chlorine Water Monster who has caused both his brother and sister ”verry seveeer” breathing problems in the swimming pool. They never have found my pie though. I can’t figure that.
Jan’s Birthday is the same day as my son Chris’ September 28 and January 17 is Jim and Tatia’s Birthday. Del Regno and Watson remember my birthday so they can say “Hey, Old Fart”… but I will be a rich old fart next October 12th because I get to rake in Social Security and Jan and Bill will be making $80 thousand a year.
So if she speaks, my friend, and you do what she recommends, then you will be rich the following year on Ocober 24th and December 28th.
